According to Turkish source Haberler.com West Ham have submitted a fresh €12m bid for Besiktas winger Gokhan Tore.
Since Slaven Bilic left Besiktas for West Ham last summer, he has tried on several occasions to recruit the former Chelsea youth star to East London.
He was told Tore was not for sale last summer after attempting to sign him, but talks were ended with every expectation that Bilic and West Ham would come in again the following year.

The Hammers have once again shown their interest in the Turkish midfielder and after having a €9m bid turned down it has been reported that the club will now offer €12m.
It has also been reported that Gokhan Tore has agreed personal terms and it is now only up to the two clubs to decide on the fee. It looks like Tore is keen to be reunited with Slaven Bilic his old boss.
However with the recent signing of Sofiane Feghouli West Ham are not in desperate need for an attacking midfielder, therefore, it is understood that the club will not overpay if Besiktas demand too much.
