James Tomkins could be about to call time on his 18-year-long West Ham career with a number of Premier League clubs queuing for his services.
Slaven Bilic is a fan of Tomkins but cannot offer him the first-team football he desires, with Angelo Ogbonna and Winston Reid both ahead of the 27-year-old on the pecking order.
HITC Sport understands Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion have already made initial enquiries regarding the availability of Essex-born Tomkins, while Crystal Palace, Southampton and Sunderland are also credited with interest.
Tomkins has been an integral part of West Ham’s side since graduating from the academy in 2008. During his time in the senior squad, the former England under-21 international has made over 240 appearances for the Hammers, clocking up over 20,000 minutes of game time (averaging 83 minutes per appearance).

A source informed HITC Sport: “Tomkins is valued but maybe not enough for the players liking, he has a big decision coming up this summer.”
Slaven may still be tempted to block any attempts to sign the defender due to the added burden of the Europa League this season. Having only penned a new five-year deal last summer, Tomkins is contracted until June 2020.
