The 24-year-old has a plethora of Premier League experience, having had loan spells at both Stoke City and Liverpool, as well as a top tier spell at Wigan Athletic, whilst under the management of Roberto Martinez.
Moses helped Chelsea to a UEFA Europa League triumph during the 2012/13 season, the competition that the Hammers were eliminated from earlier in the summer by Romanian outfit Astra Giurgiu.
It is expected that there is indeed a view to a permanent deal, as the Nigerian has also signed a new deal at champions Chelsea prior to making the move to the Boleyn Ground. Moses has seven goals in 24 international appearances for the Nigerian senior national team, and helped them to Africa Cup of Nations glory in 2013.
