West Ham United host Arsenal this afternoon in a huge game at both ends of the Premier League table. The Gunners can take a huge step towards the league title with a win at the London Stadium, whilst the Hammers cannot afford to lose in their bid to stay in the division.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s team are coming off the back of a crushing loss to Brentford last week, a result that saw West Ham drop into the relegation zone, now being one point from safety. Time is running out for the Irons, making this game all the more important.

Arsenal know they can have one hand on the title with a win this afternoon. Their closest rivals, Manchester City, did win yesterday, but the emphasis continues to remain on the Gunners simply doing their job, exactly what the Hammers want to stop.

Confirmed line-ups

Nuno makes several changes to the West Ham line-up as he returns to a back five. Aaron Wan-Bissaka comes in for Kyle Walker-Peters, whilst Jean-Clair Todibo returns in defence with Pablo Felipe dropping to the bench.

Mikel Arteta names an unchanged Arsenal side for the clash at the London Stadium. Bukayo Saka stays in after scoring the winner in the Gunners Champions League semi final with Atletico Madrid.

Kick-off time and where to watch

West Ham’s game with Arsenal this afternoon kicks-off at 4:30PM at the London Stadium.

For those not in attendance, the match is available to watch in the UK on Sky Sports, and will be on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League.
