West Ham United’s summer recruit Lucas Paqueta is already a fans’ favourite at the London Stadium and is operating on “different levels” to his teammates.
That is according to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth who has informed GIVEMESPORT of the admiration surrounding the Brazil international, despite the fact that he is still bedding into life in east London.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Sheth said: “He’s already a fans’ favourite at West Ham United. The West Ham fans that I know, that I speak to, go to games regularly, and they keep telling me he’s on different levels; his touch is just fantastic.”
Huge potential
Despite failing to score in his ten appearances in West Ham colours so far, Paqueta has shown signs of succeeding at the London Stadium following his club-record summer switch from Lyon.
Having achieved 14 or more attacking returns in back-to-back Ligue 1 seasons, there is no doubting Paqueta’s ability to get goal returns, with his healthy average of 3.3 shots per game seeing him venture ever closer to making a direct impact.
With Paqueta’s technical skills there for all to see, the £150k-per-week asset’s rise to stardom under David Moyes will click, with his performances in an Irons shirt wholeheartedly positive thus far.
