West Ham are reportedly preparing to make a ‘fresh move’ for Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips in the summer transfer window.
This comes after the Hammers made a late attempt to bring the 26-year-old to the London Stadium during January.
Now it would appear that the England international remains on the radar at the club and a big-money swoop could be forthcoming.
That’s according to a report from Football Insider, as cited on Twitter.

The report claims that the Irons are ‘planning to offer an enormous salary’ to the 19-cap ace as well as in excess of a £50million transfer fee.
So far this season Phillips – hailed as ‘fantastic’ by Jose Mourinho – has scored once and provided one assist in just 15 appearances having missed 17 fixtures through injury.
READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Valued at £36million and under contract at Elland Road until 2024 (Transfermarkt), signing the midfield for anything close to the mooted £60-70million valuation would be a huge outlay.
David Moyes already has Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek in the defensive midfield department, making the need for an addition much less imperative.
However, should relegation-threatened Leeds drop to the Championship then the asking price is likely to plummet and West Ham could then swoop.
