West Ham co-owner David Gold took to social media on Wednesday night to welcome a host of new arrivals following a busy end to the summer transfer window.
Having bided their time to get into action, the Hammers finished with a flurry as Kurt Zouma, Alex Kral and Nikola Vlasic all arrived in the final few days.
That trio joined French goalkeeper Alphonse Areola as the new faces at the London Stadium ready for the 2021/22 campaign.
Often a controversial figure amongst the Irons’ fanbase, Gold was all too happy to celebrate the quartet on Twitter.

Hammers will have to wait at least nine days to see their new men in action as international football takes centre stage before David Moyes’ side face Southampton at St Mary’s.

In truth, there can be very few complaints at the summer transfer business, albeit a long time in the offing.
Perhaps only a striker alternative could have been added to round off what was a superb window.
Although the likes of Jarrod Bowen, Pablo Fornals and Vlasic are capable of playing centrally, none occupy the role as comprehensively as Michail Antonio – something that could hurt in the long run.
