West Ham have reportedly submitted an ‘official bid’ for CSKA Moscow attacking midfielder Nikola Vlasic.
Despite making an unbeaten start to the Premier League season, the Hammers are expected to be active in the final 48 hours of the summer transfer window.
Having already clinched the deal to bring Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma to the London Stadium, David Moyes has now turned to attacking additions.
According to reputable journalist Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, an offer has been made to sign a 23-year-old Vlasic.

The offer could potentially rise to £32million for the 26 times capped Croatian ace.
Last season the former Everton man scored 11 and registered five assists in 26 Premier Liga outings – taking a tally to 43 goal contributions in 81 league appearances overall in Russia.

Valued at £27million and under contract until 2024 (Transfermarkt), signing Vlasic for the mooted fee would represent smart value for money.
Capable of playing across a host of attacking positions and boasting an abundance of worthwhile attributes, the Croatian could be the answer to Moyes’ lack of Michail Antonio backup.
Albeit not a recognised striker, the capture of Vlasic could spell the end of the incomings in East London this month.
