West Ham have reportedly made an approach to discover the availability of Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain this summer.
The Hammers could look to bolster their ranks at the end of the season having suffered in recent weeks with injuries and subsequent lack of squad depth.
David Moyes could look towards out of favour Anfield ace Oxlade-Chamberlain as a potential option – with the dynamic midfielder struggling to hold down a regular place in Jurgen Klopp’s plans.
This comes following a report from Football Insider, as cited by West Ham Central on Twitter, claiming the Irons have already made contact regarding the 35-cap England man.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has found himself on the fringes at Anfield this season, appearing just 15 times in all competitions.
Albeit often plagued by injury, the 27-year-old has enjoyed a successful time on Merseyside, lifting both the Premier League and Champions League trophy.

Signing Oxlade-Chamberlain would certainly offer Moyes additional versatility in the squad at the London Stadium.
Capable of playing both centrally as a midfielder and as a wideman in the frontline, the former Arsenal star likes to produce an attacking style of play – one that would complement the likes of Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek nicely.
With the likes of Manuel Lanzini and Felipe Anderson unlikely to play a part next season for the Hammers, a fully fit ‘Ox’ could prove to be a shrewd signing at the mooted £22m valuation.
