West Ham could be preparing to enter the summer transfer market in an unprecedented position of strength with European football bolstering their argument.
As the Hammers prepare for the final three matches of the Premier League campaign, David Moyes is on the verge of masterminding qualification for some form of European competition next term.
The transformation at the London Stadium has been clear for all to see and the Irons will be looking to further add to the ranks in order to continue the upward trajectory.
In line with that, recently reported target, Norwich City full-back Max Aarons is ‘not close’ to completing a move to Everton and ‘other clubs are joining the race’, according to reputable Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano on Twitter.

Despite making an immediate return to the Premier League with the Canaries as champions, Norwich will reportedly listen to offers in the region of £30million for the 21-year-old.
Interest has also been touted from Arsenal and Tottenham, this season, Aarons has scored two goals and registered another five assists in 47 appearances.

Signing the £18million valued England Under 21 international this summer would undoubtedly represent impressive business from the Hammers.
However, there has to be a question whether a right-back is a necessity given the impressive debut campaign from Vladimir Coufal.
Aarons, who was hailed as ‘outstanding’ by national team boss Aidy Boothroyd, would demand first-team football from the outset, something that Moyes would likely be unable to promise.
Furthermore, at the mooted £30million for a position not deemed a priority, West Ham would surely be better spent spending that money on a much-needed striker.
