West Ham reportedly will attempt to sign Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham when the summer transfer window opens at the end of the season.
That’s according to a report this morning from The Atheltic and as cited by David Ornstein on Twitter.

Hammers boss David Moyes recently insisted the club would be out of the race for the 23-year-old after reports emerged the west Londoners would demand in the region of £40million for their man.
However, a loan move could be on the cards as the six-cap England man looks to obtain first-team football having fallen out of favour under new Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel.
This season Abraham has scored 12 goals and registered six assists across 32 appearances in all competitions – averaging 6.88 with Sofascore in the process.

Signing Abraham would be a major coup for West Ham.
Already a proven performer in the Premier League, the London-born striker could be a pick of the summer acquisitions in the entire top-flight.
As for the deal itself, coming off the back of a dismal financial year across the football world, shelling out £40million was always likely to be a stretch for the Hammers.
This way a smaller loan fee can be expected whilst perhaps outlining the terms for a permanent deal should certain stipulations be met.
