West Ham midfielder Tomas Soucek has opened up over his future after a report from TEAMtalk linked him with a potential move to Bayern Munich.
The Czech Republic international has been in inspired form so far this season for the Hammers, inevitably finding himself linked with bigger clubs.
However, the 25-year-old, who made his loan switch from Slavia Prague permanent in the summer, has played down talk of him leaving east London anytime soon in an interview with CT Sport. He said: ”A lot of people ask me about it. I have an agreement with my agent Pavel Paska that I don’t want to talk about it (transfers) until something is on the table.”
Soucek scored the opening goal for David Moyes’ side against Leeds on Friday night and has declared his happiness at the club, insisting: ”I’m at peace in West Ham and I’m enjoying the time here. But it’s definitely nice to read or hear (these rumours), it gives me strength for matches and I’m happy for that. I’m not dealing with such offers yet.”
The initial report claimed that West Ham are in line to make a new contract offer in order to double down on Soucek’s future amid the rumours surrounding the midfielder.

Many Hammers fans may have been exasperated by reports linking such a crucial player with a club as illustrious as current Champions League holders Bayern Munich.
Despite Soucek’s current happiness, Irons fans will unlikely be blind to the possibility that, should the Bundesliga giants to come to the table with an offer, it would be very difficult to stave off that interest.
In the meantime, if the Hammers can continue on their current trajectory, there should be no need for players such as the Czech midfielder to seek pastures new
