West Ham United have been joined by Aston Villa, Leicester City, Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers in eyeing Porto forward Moussa Marega.
The Hammers pursued Marega last year but a move fell through twice, leaving the 28-year-old frustrated.
According to the Express, he’s ready to make a switch to the Premier League before the start of next season and West Ham are still keen on his services.
Marega has scored six goals and provided four assists for Porto this season and made 32 goal contributions in Portugal last term.

With just 18 months left on his Porto deal and whilst he’s in his prime years, now could be a better time than ever for West Ham to finally secure the deal.
Sebastien Haller is crying for a consistent strike partner in East London and Marega has the quality and experience to be the partner he’s been looking for.
Upfront is one of four positions the Hammers are said to be wanting to bolster this month and if Marega is open to a move, it could be a very real possibility.
It’s going to be an interesting month of transfer dealings but it sounds like if not this month, we’re likely to see Marega in England soon.
