West Ham United defender Ryan Fredericks has been ruled out for the rest of the month, as reported on the official club website.
The right-back suffered a hamstring strain in the FA Cup third-round victory over Gillingham.
The full-back had a scan on the injury on Monday morning which revealed muscle damage.

The 27-year-old is expected to miss four to seven weeks and he has already begun his recovery.

Fredericks was beginning to show signs of some good form and this injury comes a big setback for him personally and for the club.
He’s featured 18 times in the top flight this season, which shows his importance to the team.
Pablo Zabaleta is now set to step in for the next month or David Moyes will need to dip into the transfer market to add extra cover in that position.
