Amidst strong reports suggesting Mario Husillos is facing the sack as West Ham United director of football, many fans have reacted negatively.
Husillos arrived at the London Stadium with Manuel Pellegrini, also under severe pressure, and replaced David Sullivan in dealing with incoming transfers.

The signings of Roberto, Carlos Sanchez and Pablo Fornals are three regularly pinpointed as disappointing, but many believe he’s done a better job than Sullivan did.
Husillos has secured some impressive captures though, but it seems like he’s all-but sitting on death row now, so to speak.
If Pellegrini was to leave, that would most likely heighten the chances of Husillos leaving with him but it’s certainly the latter who’s most likely to go first.
