West Ham United are continuing to be linked to new names ahead of what is expected to be an active January transfer window.
Some would argue the wide attacking areas are the strongest in Manuel Pellegrini’s squad, in terms of quality, but the club may be looking to strengthen further.
According to FC Inter News, Inter Milan have quickly turned down a West Ham enquiry for versatile winger Valentino Lazaro despite his lack of game time at the San Siro.
Since joining for £20million from Hertha Berlin in the summer, Lazaro is yet to complete 90 minutes in an Inter shirt and has made just five appearances.

Mainly a right-sided player, he also has experience playing on the opposite flank and a bit deeper in right-back.
Considering Antonio Conte has only just brought Lazaro to the club, it’s unlikely he’s looking to offload him already, regardless of his game time.
Any potential transfer would most likely consist of a loan deal, which wouldn’t really make much sense given the quality already as the Hammers’ disposal.
The Austria international is team-mates with former West Ham star Marko Arnautovic when representing his national side.
Boy, how do the team miss him at the moment…
