Plenty of West Ham United fans aren’t convinced at all following suggestions that the club will move for free agent Jordan Archer to solve their goalkeeping woes.
The former Millwall stopper was released in the summer and has been on trial with Aston Villa since, but could be making a return to London soon.
According to The Guardian, the Hammers will look to bring Archer to the club if Roberto’s horrendous exploits continue in between the sticks.
It’s fair to say many supporters aren’t too pleased about the potential transfer, which would be the second former Millwall goalkeeper arrival this year…

Archer has literally been renowned for his high-profile errors for Millwall, so this transfer would be as confusing as Roberto’s arrival.
What makes it even more baffling is that Archer actually lost his place to summer signing David Martin at the Den, so why not give him a chance instead?
Not to forget Nathan Trott who’s continuing to impress on loan; this move would make little sense and hopefully, it’s just rumoured.
