West Ham United are currently stuck in a horrendous rut, but Manuel Pellegrini remains to be backed by the board and more specifically, co-chairman David Sullivan.
According to Football Insider, Sullivan has offered his full support to Pellegrini ahead of a run of fixtures which could seriously make or break his West Ham tenure.
The Chilean will be in the dug-out against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday and then against Chelsea in the following outing.
Despite fears that Pellegrini isn’t up to the job, Sullivan isn’t thought to have been lining up replacements during the international break.

Football Insider also revealed that Sullivan has been receiving a barrage of calls from agents who think their clients are the right men for the West Ham job.
This certainly bodes well for the future if Pellegrini is to leave the London Stadium in the near future.
Panic mode might hit if West Ham don’t get a result against either Spurs or Chelsea, with the following game against Wolves likely to be just as important.
It does seem like West Ham want to honour the three-year contract Pellegrini signed in 2018, so don’t expect to see him depart anytime soon.
