West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur could be heading into battle with an array of Serie A clubs for Sofyan Amrabat in January.
According to CalcioMercato, cited by Hammers News, the Premier League duo join Inter Milan, Lazio, Napoli and Fiorentina in hunting down his services.
The Club Brugge midfielder is impressing on loan at Hellas Verona and aged just 23, there’s plenty of room to develop into a top player.
He boasts versatility which makes him also comfortable as a centre-back and right-back – two positions West Ham could do with some cover in.

The Morocco international’s tenaciousness in the tackle and composure on the ball could make him a perfect fit for the top-flight of English football.
Club Brugge are believed to be demanding £6million for Amrabat, so if either Premier League club can snipe him it’d be not just a coup, but pretty risk-free.
You could argue West Ham don’t need another unproven player to come in and look underwhelming, but Amrabat is seriously catching the eye in Italy’s top division so there’s no reason why he can’t do the same in England.
These are just initial reports, but it’s a story worth tracking with January right around the corner.
