Tottenham Hotspur have received a major boost heading into this weekend’s London derby against West Ham United, who may have good news themselves.
Spurs will travel to the London Stadium on Saturday being managed by Jose Mourinho for the first time after Mauricio Pochettino’s surprise sacking.
West Ham could field their own surprise on the pitch though if positive news from the Evening Standard comes to fruition.
The report claims that the club are optimistic of captain Mark Noble featuring against Spurs after twisting his ankle against Burnley last time out.
There is said to be hope that he’ll at least make the bench for one of the biggest games of West Ham’s season so far.

Noble remains to be an important part of Pellegrini’s plans at West Ham and should play a part this weekend.
The Hammers captain could provide the boost needed to claim three massive points from Mourinho and Spurs.
He’ll be looking to start his tenure off in fine fashion though, and helping Spurs win their first Premier League away game since January would do so.
It should be a fascinating contest this weekend, especially if Noble is deemed fit and ready to go.
