West Ham United host London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the lunchtime kickoff on Saturday.
Both sides are desperate to get a positive result after some recent poor performances in the top flight.
As reported on Football London, Argentine Erik Lamela is doubtful to feature at the London Stadium as he is still recovering from a thigh injury.

The midfielder was left out of the matchday squad for the 1-1 draw with Sheffield United and is not expected to be involved against the Hammers.
The same goes for Belgian defender Jan Vertonghen. He’s suffering from a hamstring problem and was also not involved against Sheffield United.
Is this a boost for the Hammers?

Absolutely. In recent years, Vertonghen has established himself as one of the best defenders in the Premier League.
Without him, Spurs are definitely weaker. However, the absence of Lamela is unlikely to make much of a difference.
The north London side are blessed with plenty of quality in wide areas and in attack. The Hammers will need to be at their best to get a win from this clash.
