Roberto’s highly-publicised form since deputising for the injured Lukasz Fabianski has prompted speculation regarding his short-term West Ham United future.
According to the Mirror, the Spaniard could be sold in January, despite sporting director Mario Husillos remaining ‘adamant’ he’ll be a success.

READ WEST HAM’S VERDICT
Reports that Roberto could depart in January seem rather reactionary on the back of his current form.
He hasn’t impressed but once Fabianski is back he’ll be back in the shadows and the widescale criticism he’s receiving will vanish.
It’s unlikely the Hammers will cut his contract short though, realistically speaking, but it doesn’t look like he’s in Manuel Pellegrini’s long-term plans.
Maybe the club should’ve given Adrian what he wanted after all…
