Pablo Fornals has been on the end of plenty of criticism from many West Ham United supporters since joining the club from Villareal in the summer.
The £25million Spain Under-21 international is yet to cement a place in Manuel Pellegrini’s team and hasn’t fully convinced when on the pitch.
Some fans have taken to social media to support Fornals though, with the young midfielder certainly showing occasional signs of promise during his short stint in England so far…

Read West Ham’s verdict
Fornals was never going to arrive in England aged 23 and take the Premier League by storm immediately.
He had a busy summer with the Spain U21s and will still be adapting to the new culture and style in comparison to his homeland.
West Ham’s current strength in attacking depth should take the pressure off him to perform week-in-week-out, and the cameos he’s currently receiving is the right way to go about easing him into Pellegrini’s plans.
He has every chance of coming good over time, fans just need to continue supporting him and he’ll return the thanks by providing the quality a £25m player promises.
