Sebastien Haller has unsurprisingly been named in a number of Team of the Weekends following his two-goal display against Watford.
The Frenchman marked his second West Ham United start in style to guide Manuel Pellegrini’s side to a 3-1 victory at Vicarage Road.
After such an impactful performance, it’s no surprise he features in talkSPORT, the Daily Express and others’ Teams of the Weekend.
Haller, the Hammers’ club-record signing, joined this summer in what was considered as a major coup, leaving Europa League semi-finalists Eintracht Frankfurt for the London Stadium.
But despite the hype surrounding his arrival and his electric start to life in England, West Ham fans shouldn’t be getting too carried away.

READ WEST HAM’S VERDICT
There has been a common theme amongst supporters over the past few years, and that’s being regularly let down after high expectations.
Haller could very well go and have a storming season at West Ham, but it’s hard to convince yourself that he doesn’t just see the Hammers as a stepping stone, especially if European football isn’t achieved.
In my opinion, the Frenchman is Champions League quality, which makes the fact he plays for West Ham even more incredible, but results will have to carry on coming.
You’d hope he stays for longer than a season, so let’s enjoy his class whilst we can.
