West Ham have made an offer of €38m to sign Frankfurt striker Sebastien Haller this summer.
According to RMC Sport journalist Loic Tanzi, West Ham have made their bid for Haller as they look to bring him to the Premier League.

He claims that it is an offer which Frankfurt are likely to find acceptable, which will come as a massive boost to West Ham in their pursuit of a new striker.
The club are in the market to bolster their options at the top end of the pitch after Andy Carroll left the club on a free transfer and Marko Arnautovic completed his permanent move to China.
Haller scored 19 goals in all competitions for Frankfurt last season after finding the back of the net 13 times in his first campaign for the German side.
