Italian giants AC Milan are closing in on a deal to sign West Ham transfer target Dani Ceballos on loan.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, via The Mirror, Milan are in talks with Real Madrid over a deal to bring Ceballos to Italy this summer.
The report claims that both sides are interested in a deal which would see Ceballos join Milan on a two-year loan, rather than a permanent switch.

Milan and Real Madrid have spoken about the possibility of it being a permanent switch, but the Italian outfit are not willing to pay the €45m it would require to make that happen.
West Ham have been heavily linked with a move for Ceballos, but recently signed his Spain under-21 teammate Pablo Fornals, who is currently impressing in the under-21 European Championships.
The Hammers now look set to miss out on Ceballos, who appears to be heading to Milan this summer.
