West Ham are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City defender Nicolas Otamendi as he seeks a move away from the Etihad this summer.
Otamendi has found himself drop out of the first team as of late due to the form of the other defenders at the club, and as it stands the Argentine international is receiving little game time.

Reports from Argentina’s version of Marca, as citied on the Daily Star, suggest that his time at the Cityzens is set to come to an end and that there are plenty of interested parties looking at the defender.
The Hammers and Wolves are among the clubs interested as they battle to persuade the player to stay in the Premier League.

The Argentine has made 59 appearances for his country so first-team football is a must for the centre back in order to keep his place at international level.
After making over 150 appearances for City, it is looking increasingly likely this will be his last season at the Manchester club.
