West Ham have been told that they will have to pay โฌ10m if they want to land Leonardo Koutris this summer.
According to Correio da Manha, via Sport Witness, Olympiacos will not let Koutris go for anything less than โฌ10m.
The report claims that Portuguese giants Porto are interested in Koutris, along with Premier League sides West Ham and Everton.

Porto are looking to replace Alex Telles, who could leave the club at the end of the season with a host of top clubs interested in the Brazilian.
West Ham are on the look out for a new left-back to compete with Aaron Cresswell next season, as Manuel Pellegrini looks to shape his squad for a shot at 7th place.
The 23-year-old, Koutris is a Greek international and has impressed for Olympiacos this season – catching the eye of West Ham who are now hoping to secure a deal to sign him.
