West Ham have offered Middlesbrough the chance to sign Jordan Hugill on a permanent deal for £6m.
According to The Hartlepool Mail, West Ham have given Boro the opportunity to make Hugill’s loan permanent at the end of the season.
The report claims that West Ham want an initial fee of £6m, with a series of add-ons which could make it higher in the future.
West Ham paid £10m for Hugill in January this year but the forward failed to make any impact last season and was shipped out on a season-long loan to Boro in the Championship.

Manuel Pellegrini has now made his final decision and is ready to let go of Hugill permanently, confirming that he is not part of his plans going forward.
Hugill has scored four goals in 15 appearances for Middlesbrough so far this season, with three coming in the Championship.
The 26-year-old only made three Premier League appearances for West Ham after his January switch from Preston.
