West Ham slipped to another defeat in the Premier League this afternoon, losing 2-1 to Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth.
The Hammers did take the lead in the first half through a Marko Arnautovic penalty. The Austrian slotted home from the penalty spot to give West Ham a 1-0 advantage going into half time.
Bournemouth fought back in the second half though, with two goals in six minutes putting West Ham to the sword.
Callum Wilson scored the equaliser for Bournemouth in the 60th minute, before Steve Cook got the winner for the Cherries minutes later.
It would be enough for Bournemouth, who made it two wins from two games to start the season.
