West Ham have contacted La Liga outfit Sevilla over a deal for attacking midfielder Joaquín Correa, according to reports.
The Hammers are currently firing on all cylinders in the transfer market as they try to arm new manager Manuel Pellegrini with the strongest squad possible for the new season.
The club have already identified and made contact over a number of targets, and Correa is the latest name on the club’s list.

This is according to Tuttomercato, as covered on InsideFutbol, who report that Correa is being considered with former target Javier Pastore looking likely to sign elsewhere.
The Paris Saint-Germain man is willing to take a pay cut to join Roma and has pushed back against the Hammers advances.
Correa attracted attention from a number of clubs across Europe due to his form last season, making it difficult for West Ham to land their man.
Since signing for the Andulusian outfit in 2016, Correa has 15 goals in 73 appearances for the club.
