West Ham are reportedly “pushing hard” to sign midfielder Felipe Anderson from Serie A giants Lazio, according to Lee Clayton.
Lazio finished the season in fifth, following the incredibly dramatic 3-2 loss on the final day of the season again Inter Milan, who leapfrogged them into the Champions League places, in the most heartbreaking fashion for Lazio fans.
However, Anderson has been a crucial and integral part of the Lazio squad which has performed excellently this season in Serie A, making it to the Europa League quarter-finals, losing narrowly 6-5 on aggregate to Red Bull Salzburg.

Newly appointed West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini will be looking to make an addition to his midfield at the London Stadium following the departure of Joao Mario back to his parent club Inter Milan.
Anderson, the 25-year-old, would be a great signing, but many big clubs across the European leagues are looking also at him.
If he were to move to West Ham, it would be his first taste of English football, having only previously played at Santos in Brazil before his move to Rome in 2013.
Cheslea are said to be keen to sign Anderson too, but the uncertainty over Antonio Conte’s future may prevent them from doing any deals in the immediate future.
