Joe Hart is on loan at relegation-threatened West Ham until the end of the season, with his future for next year seeming uncertain.
SReports from Estadio Deportivo claim that Sevilla are ready to take the Manchester City player this summer.

The 31-year-old has had a shaky season with the Hammers and the East London club are yet to decide if they want to sign the England international on a permanent basis.
Hart is contracted to Man City until 2019 and he is likely to be loaned out again next season, as clubs will be unlikely to sign him on a permanent basis as his wage demands are too high.
Last season, Hart was on loan to Torino in the Serie A and this season West Ham, with both seasons not being overly successful. Performances this season have seen Hart seemingly lose his number one role for England.
Hart was dropped by David Moyes towards the end of 2017, but he has returned recently to put in some good performances.

Next up for the Hammers is Leicester City and it is unclear who Moyes will start in goal, Adrian started in goal against Man City because Hart was unable to play against his parent club.
Sevilla appear to want Hart on a permanent basis and are willing to pay £10.5m for the ex-Shrewsbury Town shot stopper.
West Ham will have the first choice option to keep Hart at the London Stadium if they wish but it is still unclear if he has impressed enough to be retained.
