Newly promoted Wolves are ready to battle West Ham as both clubs want to sign England international Jack Butland, as per reports.
Nuno Esperito Santo’s Wolves side have won the Championship this year with ease and have been playing fantastic football. They have massive financial backing and are looking to make a statement by having Butland top of their summer shopping list.
Wolves will have to compete with other Premier League teams, as they are not the only ones interested in the 25-year-old.
Liverpool have shown an interest and West Ham may make a move for Butland if they keep their Premier League status.

Stoke will try to keep hold of Butland but they are aware if they do get relegated, he will want a move away from the Potters.
The Midlands club have made it clear they intend to spend big this summer with the Wolves owners having aims of Champions League football in the future.
West Ham are still looking for a solution to their goalkeeping situation and Butland could be the latest player to try to solve a huge area of weakness in the club’s first XI.
