It’s fair to say that David Moyes’ first game as West Ham manager didn’t go to plan.
The Hammers turned out the same tired, uninspired performance that we had become accustomed to seeing the final weeks of the Slaven Bilic era and were comfortably beaten 2-0 by Watford.
Moyes and his staff have had another week to work with the players on the training ground as he builds towards his first home game since being appointed manager.
His side will take on Leicester who were one of many sides to break open the floodgates early on at the London Stadium last season as they ran out 3-2 winners, the final of three wins over the Hammers across all competitions.
Moyes’ injury list has only increased in the last seven days, with Marko Arnautovic and James Collins joining Javier Hernandez and Michail Antonio on the sidelines.
Here is our predicted XI ahead of our Friday night clash with Leicester.
