Having failed to win a game since October 22nd, West Ham have now won back-to-back games for the first time this season and have picked up seven points from the last three games, helping them rise up the table to 13th place.
Let’s not carried away though – we’re not quite out of the woods just yet but a couple more winnable games are on the horizon.
Next up for the Hammers is a trip to the Liberty Stadium where a struggling Swansea side are West Ham’s opponents on Boxing Day.
Club-record signing Andre Ayew will likely face his former side for the first time since leaving in the summer for East London in a £20.5m move.
Other results depending, a win for West Ham on Boxing Day could see them rise as high as 10th in the table and suddenly everything would look a little bit brighter.
Here’s our predicted XI for the Swansea clash.
