West Ham have been handed a major boost ahead of this weekend’s game against Crystal Palace after manager Slaven Bilic confirmed that Aaron Cresswell is available for selection
The left-back has been unavailable since July after tearing knee ligaments in a friendly match, but he’ll be back this weekend as West Ham look to get back on track.
The Liverpool-born left-back was one of the club’s best players last season and has been sorely missed as West Ham have had a difficult start to the season. Arthur Masuaku, Alvaro Arbeloa and Angelo Ogbonna have all filled in at left-back but Cresswell is still West Ham’s best option for that position.

It’s not all good news on the injury front, however. Bilic revealed that his two injured strikers, Andy Carroll (knee) and Diafra Sakho (back) are still not fit and neither will feature in this weekend’s game.
The two sides go into the game in contrasting form. Palace have won three and drawn two of their last five league games whilst West Ham have lost four of their previous five games, and find themselves in the relegation zone.
