Predicted XI – 4-2-3-1: West Brom vs. West Ham

Remember last week when we were all like ‘Payet’s back, Lanzini’s back, Zaza’s in the team – let’s go get three points!’

Yeah, so that went well.

After throwing away a 2-0 lead against Watford to be handed an embarrassing 4-2 defeat in front of our own fans who began to turn on each other mid-way through the second half, the Hammers need to put in a performance to be proud of this week against a West Brom side who are struggling themselves.

Sofiane Feghouli is ready for selection now as well, and Andy Carroll is in with a shout of making the matchday squad as well.

West Ham need to be more threatening in attack and in a game where West Brom will look to sit deep and soak up pressure, this could be a game for someone like Dimitri Payet or Manuel Lanzini to make the difference between the lines and pick passes.

With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the West Ham starting XI and bench for the trip to the Hawthorns.
