The second leg of West Ham’s Europa League tie against Astra Giurgiu will be broadcast live on BT Sport, it has been announced. The Hammers will have to score against the Romanian outfit, if they want to advance to the next stage of the competition.
Slaven Bilic’s side blew a two goal advantage in the first leg, with goals from Enner Valencia and Mauro Zarate putting the Irons ahead on the night.
However, injuries to Joey O’Brien and Enner Valencia, followed by a red card shown to James Collins, made the match difficult for the home side, and ended up conceding twice and drawing 2-2.
BT Sport can be accessed through satellite subscription, online, or on the BT Sport app, meaning you can follow West Ham’s journey in Europe wherever you are. Astra Giurgiu will be sure to put up a fight, but West Ham may have a weakened squad as they have to face Arsenal just three days later.
