West Ham are continuing their pursuit of Everton attacking midfielder Kevin Mirallas, but are struggling to agree a fee for the Belgian, according to Goal.com.
Roberto Martinez and his side are holding out for a fee of around £10million, and are not willing to let the 27-year-old depart unless their asking price is met.
The Hammers recently placed a second bid of £7.5milliom, after their opening bid on the table of £6million was rejected by the Merseyside club.
The deal is also made harder by the fact that the East London club beat Everton to the signing of Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna, with the Toffees missing out on the centre-back as he opted for a move to Upton Park.
Slaven Bilic is looking to strengthen his attacking options at the Boleyn Ground, and is likely to continue being active in the transfer market in spite of signing Argentine Manuel Lanzini on loan.
