# West Ham vs Leeds United team news – Crysencio Summerville not expected to play

West Ham United take on Leeds United this afternoon for a place in the FA Cup semi finals. The Dutchman has been side-lined since the Hammers [victory over Brentford](https://readwestham.com/2026/03/09/west-ham-2-2-brentford-fa-cup/) in the last round of the competition. [The 24-year-old suffered a calf injury](https://readwestham.com/2026/03/25/west-ham-crysencio-summerville-injury-update/) in the game and has been on the road to recovery ever since, taking the full international break to return to training.

The central defender was not risked in the nations second game of the break but the 28-year-old is now fully cleared and ready to play.
