### READ WEST HAM VERDICT

Valued at £67.5million and under contract until 2024 at the London Stadium ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/declan-rice/marktwertverlauf/spieler/357662)), Rice has been enjoying a rapid rise to elite prominence in senior football.

Already [capped 27 times](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/declan-rice/nationalmannschaft/spieler/357662/verein_id/3299) by England, it’s clear to see that West Ham have a truly generational talent on their hands.

As [speculation continues to linger](https://www.google.com/search?q=declan+rice+interesr&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBGB885GB885&oq=declan+rice+interesr&aqs=chrome..69i57j35i39l2j46i512j0i512j69i60l3.2241j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8) over Rice’s long term future, the club must guard against losing their prized asset.

One way of doing just that is by setting an unattainable asking price…
