West Ham are reportedly among the clubs interested in signing Orlando City striker Daryl Dike.
The 21-year-old has enjoyed a spectacular rise to prominence in the last 18 months including a nine-goal loan spell at Championship side Barnsley.
Now back in the MLS, the Hammers are believed to be keen on bringing the American to the London Stadium amidst interest from Newcastle, Brighton and Leeds United.
That’s according to a report from TEAMtalk, as cited by SportzGlobal01 on Twitter.

The report claims that the eight-cap USA international is ‘attracting interest’ from England once again.
During the 2020/21 MLS campaign Dike – described as a ‘powerhouse’ by Don Goodman – scored 10 times and provided one assist in 18 appearances.
READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Valued at £9million and under contract until December 2022 (Transfermarkt), bringing the American to East London would likely be an expensive outlay.
Powerful and an adept finisher with feet as well as aerially, David Moyes would certainly be an admirer of Dike’s physical presence.
Already a proven operator in the second tier of English football, West Ham should be pushing to make the deal happen in January.
