# Virals: West Ham teammates welcome Alex Kral on social media

[West Ham](https://readwestham.com/2021/09/01/virals-xande-silva-joins-nottingham-forest-on-permanent-deal/) discovered a unique way to announce their new arrival, [Alex Kral](https://readwestham.com/2021/08/31/virals-czech-duo-welcome-alex-kral-to-west-ham-in-unique-style/), to the club on deadline day as the ace linked up with fellow Czech Republic representatives.

Signed on an [initial season-long loan deal](https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2021/august/31-august/west-ham-united-bring-czech-republic-midfielder-alex-kral-loan) from Spartak Moscow, Kral is currently away with the national side.

Not content with Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal’s [link-up](https://twitter.com/WestHam/status/1432787787393142794) whilst away on international duty, a host of Hammers took to social media to welcome the 23-year-old.

Declan Rice, Arthur Masuaku and Kral’s Czech mates all headed to [Twitter](https://twitter.com/_DeclanRice/status/1432788338193358858) to show the midfielder some appreciation.

Kral himself joined in the fun in [response](https://twitter.com/alexkralcz/status/1432801330612080641) to Coufal and Soucek both laying claim to the role of agent extraordinaire.

### READ WEST HAM VERDICT

Far from worrying about their place in the side, it would seem both Rice and Soucek are more than happy to welcome the [added competition](https://www.whufc.com/teams/first-team/squad).

Unsurprisingly David Moyes was also [‘delighted’](https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2021/august/31-august/west-ham-united-bring-czech-republic-midfielder-alex-kral-loan) to have signed Kral for this season at least as the Scot prepares a squad ready for Europa League action.

Despite still holding a key role within the club, Mark Noble [struggled to reach the levels](https://www.sofascore.com/player/mark-noble/9741) required last term and the additional cover was needed.
