Valued at £22.5million ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/nikola-milenkovic/marktwertverlauf/spieler/413507)), landing the Serbian for the mooted fee would be a bargain way of solving the defensive dilemma at the London Stadium.

Earmarked as one of the positions in need of strengthening this summer, landing a sure-fire option on the cheap would allow David Moyes to potentially splash a little extra cash on the [squad](https://www.whufc.com/teams/first-team/squad) elsewhere.
