# Many West Ham fans deplore reported interest in Aaron Ramsdale

[West Ham](https://readwestham.com/2021/03/02/report-west-ham-interested-in-chelsea-striker-tammy-abraham/)fans have been reacting to a[report linking the club](https://www.claretandhugh.info/hammers-could-move-for-blades-star/) with a summer move for Sheffield United goalkeeper [Aaron Ramsdale](https://readwestham.com/2021/03/01/west-ham-eye-summer-move-for-aaron-ramsdale/).

The report claims the Hammers could look to sign the 6’2 22-year-old should the Blades suffer what[seems to be their impending relegation](https://www.premierleague.com/tables).

However, having suffered what would be[back to back relegations with Bournemouth](https://www.premierleague.com/tables?co=1&se=274&ha=-1) and now Sheffield United, the Irons faithful aren’t crazy about the idea of the former[England Under 21 stopper](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/aaron-ramsdale/nationalmannschaft/spieler/427568/verein_id/9565)pitching up at the London Stadium.

Here’s a pick of the damning responses from[Twitter](https://twitter.com/WestHam_Central/status/1366387075973591043)…
