# West Ham ‘keeping tabs’ on Rangers defender Connor Goldson

[West Ham](https://readwestham.com/2021/02/24/leicester-will-monitor-jesse-lingard-ahead-of-summer-window/) are ‘keeping tabs’ on Rangers defender [Connor Goldson](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/rangers-fc-news/rangers-gers-ibrox-steven-gerrard-connor-goldson-scotsman/) ahead of the summer transfer window, according to a report from [Football Insider](https://www.footballinsider247.com/west-ham-eye-rangers-player-goldson/).

The 28-year-old centre-back is approaching the [final 12 months of his deal](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/connor-goldson/profil/spieler/163656)at Ibrox and reports have suggested that talks of a contract extension have[been put on hold](https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/steven-gerrard-provides-connor-goldson-22887241).
