# Jarrod Bowen says there is ”even more to come” at West Ham

[West Ham](https://readwestham.com/2021/02/19/west-ham-target-abdallah-sima-reveals-sadio-mane-inspiration/) forward [Jarrod Bowen](https://readwestham.com/2021/02/16/david-moyes-praises-jarrod-bowens-role-in-west-ham-win/) has admitted there he is ”even more to come”  as he lives his dream of playing Premier League football.

The winger who was [signed from Hull City](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51323082) last January told [TalkSPORT’s Jim White Show (10.30am)](https://talksport.com/radio/schedule/) of his pathway to the elite level.

> He said ”I’m lucky enough to be fulfilling my dream right now \[playing Premier League\]. It’s only been a year and it’s been incredible. I’m loving every minute.”

The 24-year-old who has[five goals and three assists](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jarrod-bowen/leistungsdaten/spieler/314875)in the league this season also spoke about his time with the Hammers having been[hailed a ‘terrific player’](https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2020/december/10-december/robert-snodgrass-recovery-results-roles-and-leeds-united)by former [West Ham favourite](https://www.football.london/west-ham-united-fc/players/robert-snodgrass-west-ham-news-15209261)Robert Snodgrass.

> ”I was ready for the next step and West Ham was the club where I felt I could take my development on again and I think there’s even more to come from me. Every week is a learning curve.”

Bowen was utilised as a central striker [against Sheffield United](https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2021/february/16-february/extended-highlights-west-ham-united-3-0-sheffield-united) in the absence of Michail Antonio and could feature in a similar position again on Sunday when the [Irons face Tottenham](https://www.whufc.com/fixtures/first-team/fixtures-and-results).

### READ WEST HAM VERDICT

Since his arrival from Hull, Bowen has been nothing[short of a revelation](https://www.sofascore.com/player/jarrod-bowen/552884) under David Moyes despite occasionally [going under the radar](https://www.sportsadda.com/football/features/premier-league-2020-21-underrated-players-johnstone-vestergaard-eze-neto-bowen).

His [work ethic and willingness](https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2020/march/08-march/jarrod-bowen-our-performance-levels-and-work-ethic-are-there) to do everything for the team has served to underpin the mantra Moyes has instiled in this side.

Whether the Irons can pull off the unthinkable and[qualify for Europe](https://www.premierleague.com/tables) remains to be seen, however, one thing is for sure is that Bowen will be giving his all for the cause.
