# Quiz: Can you name these West Ham strikers of yesteryear?

As David Moyes’ [quest to sign a striker](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/west-ham/transfer-striker-david-moyes-premier-league-b1790054.html) before the end of the transfer window goes into the final 72 hours, we figured we’d test your knowledge of previous [West Ham](https://readwestham.com/2021/01/29/west-ham-boost-klopp-liverpool-matip-injuries/) centre-forwards.

From the [powerhouse that was Carlton Cole](https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2019/june/30-june/hammers-legend-carlton-cole-introduces-major-league-baseball-west)to the [recently-departed Ajax new boy](https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2021/january/08-january/sebastien-haller-joins-ajax) Sebastien Haller, the Irons have enjoyed both the highs and lows from everything a striker can bring to the beautiful game.

At what end of the spectrum the next man charged with the task of leading the line for the Hammers will ultimately feature remains to be seen, although with time running out in this month’s transfer window, there’s a danger that [Michail Antonio](https://readwestham.com/2021/01/29/west-ham-fashion-sakala-transfer-interest-cover-antonio/) could be forced to carry the fight on his own.

Whilst we wait for the search to come to fruition in the final knockings of the transfer window, we’ve set you a picture quiz to see how many former West Ham strikers you can name.
