# West Ham fans react to yet more Josh King speculation

[West Ham](https://readwestham.com/2020/12/30/west-ham-fans-laud-ryan-fredericks-as-he-makes-surprise-start/) were once again heavily linked with a move for AFC Bournemouth striker [Josh King](https://readwestham.com/2020/12/31/reporter-claims-west-ham-very-keen-on-josh-king-january-transfer/)this week, and Hammers fans have had their say on any potential move.

The Norweigan frontman was a[reported target](https://talksport.com/football/771026/west-ham-talks-josh-king-agent-bid-bournemouth/)for the east London club during the summer window although a move failed to materiliase.

Ever since failing to land his desired switch, King has been [off the boil](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/joshua-king/leistungsdaten/spieler/91059)during [Bournemouth’s strong start](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/championship/table) to their Championship campaign.

David Moyes is keen to strengthen his attacking options as[Michail Antonio struggles with injuries](https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/west-ham-michail-antonio-fitness-update-b558703.html) and Sebastien Haller fails to find his Frankfurt best.

King, 28, would provide a worthy solution for the Irons – with his [48 Premier League career goals](https://www.premierleague.com/players/3926/player/overview)proving he has the credentials to offer plenty to Moyes’ squad.

Let’s see if the Hammers faithful agree…

> Twitter: @westhamtransfer He would be a game changer. Give them Haller in return. He would suit our system so well (@AidanPvM)

> Twitter: @westhamtransfer Don’t understand why we are even considering him. (@fazzamania)

> Twitter: @westhamtransfer Take him anyday of the week (@hedingham1895)

> Twitter: @westhamtransfer Good. Buy him. Should have done it earlier (@PhillyHammers)

> Twitter: @westhamtransfer Why so he can be played out of position or sit on the bench? I doubt anyone is desperate to join us tbh (@H4YDEN0503)

> Twitter: He’s already got the obligatory ‘club haircut’ it seems ![⚒](https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/13.0.1/svg/2692.svg) https://t.co/hvlNpPZAaf (@AndyJPhipps)
